Corporate Strategy

The Company's corporate objectives are to identify, acquire and develop, either through joint venture or using its own resources, properties which have the potential to host world-class deposits. To this end, the company has acquired a portfolio of copper, gold and diamond properties in Canada, in addition New Shoshoni Ventures Ltd. Has also acquired projects in the Natural Gas sector.

Mr. Tommasi, A former investment advisor, has been a director and officer of a number of public and private companies both in the United States and Canada. With approximately 15 years involvement with public markets and companies he has garnered extensive experience in the management of junior companies.

Projects
DS Project - Southwestern British Columbia

 In October 2009, the Company entered into an option agreement to acquire a 100% interest, (subject to an NSR) in the DS group of claims located approximately 20km west-south-west of Port Renfrew, a deep-water port on the south-west coast of Vancouver Island.

 

Consideration for a 100% interest in the property is the payment of $50,000 plus 400,000 shares of the company, of which $10,000 plus 100,000 shares was paid upon TSX Venture Exchange approval of the transaction with the remaining share balance becoming payable in 100,000 share increments on the first through third anniversaries of exchange approval. Remaining cash payments become payable as to $10,000 on each of the first through third anniversaries of approval with a final payment of $20,000 becoming due on the fourth anniversary. The property is subject to an NSR of 3% in favor of the vendor, of which the Company has the option to purchase 2 of the 3 percentage points for $500,000 per percentage point, prior to commencement of commercial production.

 

DS Claims

Vancouver Island

LI-201 Diamondiferous Kimberlite, Lac de Gras, NWT

The Lac de Gras diamond property, located in the Lac de Gras region of Canada's Artic is only 60 km north of the Ekati Diamond Mine. A patchwork of earlier exploration programs on the property has identified a number of unexplained till and geophysical anomalies. A limited 1997 drill program discovered the LI-201 diamondiferous kimberlite, from which samples yielded 14 macro-diamonds and 46 micro-diamonds from a 281 kg sample. Anglo-Swiss Resources (TSX-V:ASW) holds an option to earn up to a 60% interest from NSV in this project

Sunrise - Natural Gas Project, Northern British Columbia

As October 16th 2007 New Shoshoni Ventures Ltd. entered into an agreement with ABI Resources Ltd. of Calgary Alberta (the "Farmor"), whereby the Company may earn a 65% interest in up to four contiguous Sections prospective for the discovery of natural gas. The properties are located in the Sunrise area of Northern British Columbia. ABI currently holds a 100% pre-farmout interest in these lands under Crown Licenses.
