Mr. Tommasi, A former investment advisor, has been a director and officer of a number of public and private companies both in the United States and Canada. With approximately 15 years involvement with public markets and companies he has garnered extensive experience in the management of junior companies.

Don Weinert, Director - Corporate Secretary

Mr. Weinert has approximately 50 years of experience in the brokerage industry and has an extensive depth of knowledge with respect to the management of junior mining companies and markets. He was instrumental in the establishment of a number of Vancouver brokerage companies including D.J. Hall & Company, Pacific International Securities Inc. and Golden Capital Securities Ltd. Since his retirement in 1991,
Mr. Weinert has been a director and officer of a number of public companies listed on the TSX Venture Exchange,

Robert (Bob) Redford P.Eng. - Director

Mr. Redford graduated from the University of Alberta in 1980 with a Bachelor of Science in Geological Engineering. Mr. Redford, based in Calgary, Alberta, has extensive experience in the oil and gas industry. In recent years he has held positions with Petro Canada and Canadian Natural Resources as a geologist, He is now a self employed consultant to the petroleum industryand most recently in a sales capacity with National Oilwell Varco.
Mr. Redford will assist the Company in identifying potential opportunities for acquisition in the oil and gas sector.

Derrick Strickland, MBA,P.Geol. - Director

Derrick Strickland is an independent geological consultant currently on the board of several mineral exploration companies. He is a registered professional geologist of B.C. and holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology, as well as a Master of Business Administration. His career has spanned more than 20 years, working throughout Canada, USA, Mexico, Japan, Mongolia, and Europe.

Marlowe Harvey, Director

Mr. Harvey has been involved in the purchase and sale of commercial real estate across Canada and the United States. In 1992, he assumed the position of President and CEO of Calais Resources (caauf.otcbb), a junior exploration company.

Today Mr.Harvey acts as a consultant to Calais, and is one of their largest shareholders. Besides his extensive background in real estate and exploration, Mr. Harvey also writes music for TV Commercials. His credits include spots with Tide, Head and Shoulders, Nicolodean, MTV and others. Further to his background in mineral exploration and public relations, Mr. Harvey brings a level of involvement and excitement that should compliment the existing board of New Shoshoni.
 

Paul Scutt, Director

Mr.Scutt is a businessman residing in Mission BC. Born in the UK with an engineering background. For the last 18 years Mr Scutt has started, operated and sold several profitable business in Canada, he is also currently invested in many residential realestate developments and is one of NSV's largest shareholders, he brings considerable business experience to the Company.
