The Company is pleased to report that the initial program of diamond drilling has commenced at its DS Property located in the vicinity of Jordan River on Vancouver Island, British Columbia.

The recently completed geophysical survey has allowed the Company to select drill targets over multiple geophysical anomalies consistent with potentially mineralized formations. The initial core drilling is designed to test the coincident magnetic, resistivity and chargeability anomalies that underlie the DS-1 pit. In-situ samples from this pit grading an average of 3.33gm/mt Au and 1.7% Cu were taken previously in the Company's exploration program (as reported in a News Release dated January 13, 2010).

The Company will be presenting at the annual Prospectors and Developers Association Conference ("PDAC") at the Toronto Convention Center in Booth Number 2608-B on March 9th and 10th. The Company invites attendees to visit our booth where we will be showcasing exploration results from the DS Property. Geological staff will be in attendance to present in-depth analysis of the DS Property exploration results received to-date.
